We are a busy Endocrinology practice in Ocala, searching for someone that is highly motivated, detailed oriented, and an excellent multi-tasker. Must be professional and friendly to staff members and other patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls
• Directing calls to appropriate staff
• Collecting patient payments
• Checking in or out the patients for office appointments
• Entering all demographic information into the electronic health records
• Entering referrals for office visits into EMR
• Requesting insurance authorization
• Scheduling any necessary appointments after patient visits
• Listening to voicemails and responding back to patients
• Provide excellent customer service and communication

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
