Medical Front Office Receptionist

Clear Lake imaging facility is looking for a full-time, Monday-Friday, front desk candidate. Hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm. Fast paced and must be able to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

• Patient check-in.
• Scheduling.
• Answer multi-phone line with HEAVY amount of calls.
• Collection of co-pays, deductibles and close out.
• Ability to clearly explain patient benefits & financial responsibility.
• Providing excellent customer services

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in medical front office.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while still paying attention to detail.
• Must have professional appearance and behavior.
• Strong work ethic: report to work on time, committed to delivering the best medical and customer service experience, willing to go the extra mile for both co-workers and patients.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
