The Medical Assistant supports, among a clinical team within the practice by rooming the patients in preparation to see the Physician. Performing Medical Assistant duties such as taking vitals and EKGs. The Medical Assistant will also be update patient information by using an electronic medical records system.
Qualifications
A High School diploma or equivalent required. BLS certification required. Current Medical Assistant certification preferred; work experience as a Clinical Medical Assistant preferred. Phlebotomy experience preferred.
