Job Description
A clinically competent, graduate nurse who delivers care to the patient through utilization of the nursing process, which requires direct supervised assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Applicants who hold a graduate permit-to-practice and do not become licensed prior to the expiration date of the permit may not continue to practice as a graduate nurse or graduate practical nurse. Provides quality patient care in accordance with MVRMC policies and procedures and established patient care standards and practice.

Education:
Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
Experience:
Preferred: Experience in a hospital or medically related environment
Licenses/Certificates:
Required: Valid Permit-to-Practice issued from the New Mexico Board of Nursing.
Required: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) - Due by close of business on the last day of the month after one (1) full month of work.
