An Inside Sales Representative is part of the Inside Sales department and ensures client satisfaction while working in cooperation with outside sales to grow existing customers.

What You Will Do:

The Mechanical Insides Sales Specialist sells and services the complete line of the Company’s product, with a focus on Mechanical/Industrial products, and service offerings based on comprehensive product knowledge, proven selling skills and deep Company or related experience.

• Responsible for accurately completing orders received by fax, email, and phone
• Responsible for ensuring that Customer Orders are completed correctly and all issues regarding customer orders are resolved correctly and in a timely manner
• Provide accurate and timely quotations with an emphasis on product solutions to the customer.
• Communicate with inside and outside sales team to ensure customers’ needs are met
• Follows up promptly on all customer requests for information, including tracking and delivery dates.
• Resolves customer complaints and disputes in a timely, professional manner that balances customer requests with business needs.

What You Will Have:

Customer service is our priority and a commitment to providing the best service is necessary.

• 3+ of experience in the PVF (pipe, valve & fitting) industry.
• High level of customer service experience in a business setting.
• Excellent data entry skills with accuracy.
• College Degree preferred.

• The ability to work in a team environment, multi-task, and manage a large volume of orders.
• Good overall computer skills and working with different software applications.
• Paying attention to detail and accuracy.
• Learns quickly and has the desire to learn new things.
