We are currently seeking multiple Full-Time MDS Coordinators who are motivated and possess excellent assessment skills. MDS experience in a senior care setting is required along with an LPN license in the state of Missouri. Familiarity with MatrixCare EMR software is a plus. A successful candidate will have strong communication, organization skills, an understanding of MO Case Mix and the ability to work closely with the inter-disciplinary team to ensure the residents receive the best possible care. The position may include weekend rotation and on-call responsibilities.
