Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the cycle count program by improving/maintaining inventory accuracy level to 95% +, with overall goal being to exempt entire plant form physical inventories.
• Document , track and control inventory in stock areas, using the daily walk thru to observe nonconforming areas and talk with employees to find out their concerns and solutions.
• Train employees where necessary in inventory control scrap processes and negatives.
• Develop an overall project plan for inventory control.
• Back up of general duties of any manufacturing worker that you are qualified.
• Follow all safety guidelines and uses required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Support the Vision and Guiding Principles and other policies of Kimball International and National Office Furniture.
• Follow and support the Quality system.
• Performs job rotation as directed.
• Support our Environmental Management System (EMS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.20 - $23.30 per hour
