MATERIALS COORDINATOR
Tulsa, OK
$20/hr to $40/hr

ICS is hiring a Materials Coordinator for our client's plant location in Tulsa, OK.

What You'll Do:

• Order, follow up and track delivery, receive, inventory, and issue all materials to contractors on the project.
• Inventory, issue, track, reorder, receive, and stock consumables for contractor.
• Work with Procurement to obtain bids and quotes on all materials.
• Work with Project Controls to create work orders, requisitions in SAP for project materials.
• Update material sheets, create and maintain order tracking spreadsheets.
• Create and distribute material data books

Skills / Experience You Will Need:

• 2+ years of previous experience in a similar role, interfacing with suppliers, engineers, planners, field service coordinators, procurement, warehouse. T/A Experience preferred.
• Possess general ability of reading drawings and BOM's, piping, fittings, valves, consumables, etc
• Work with a sense of urgency
• Ability to prioritize projects
• Detail Oriented
• Good Attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel
• Experience with SAP is preferred

Work Conditions:
Petroleum refinery, warehouse/plant environment including but not limited to chemicals, pressure vessels tanks, rotating equipment, loud noise and vibrations. Subject to all temperatures, weather and varying road conditions.

Physical Requirements:
Job conditions require sitting, talking or hearing, making precise hand and finger movements, reaching or grasping, perceiving color difference, and wearing personal protective equipment (beards not permitted). Job conditions may require standing, walking, making visual inspections, lifting and/or carrying up to 10lbs, and ability to operate and drive all assigned company vehicles at company standard insurance rates is essential, valid state drivers license and proof of insurance required.
