A local aerospace manufacturing company in Arlington is looking for an experienced Material Handler. If you have recent experience operating a forklift, this may be a great fit for you!

This company manufactures structural parts in the large business and regional jet markets. The divisions span across multiple segments of an aircraft, including the engine pylon, struts, wing box, wings, wheel wells, and the interior.

In this full-time, temp-to-hire position you will have the opportunity to be a part of a supportive and efficient team that works together to get quality products out to customers in a timely manner. On top of that you will receive on-the-job training and safety training.

As a Material Handler you will be receiving and storing incoming parts and hardware, and releasing and creating assembly manufacturing orders and kits.

Material Handler Clerk Duties:

• Stock completed parts
• Stock, issue, and maintain incomplete records
• Record the completion of manufactured parts into a software system
• Frequent operation of sit-down forklift
• Bending, stooping, twisting and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay:

• $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Material Handler Requirements:

• 
  1 year of recent forklift operation experience
  
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and data entry
• Motivated and dependable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50lbs throughout
