The target of this thesis project will be to implement, measure and evaluate a functioning OKR process at ecolytiq.

• You will help us develop and implement our OKRs company-wide
• Collaborate with the different teams to understand their needs and challenges to develop a structured process
• Develop and run trainings to create a common understanding about OKRs within the company
• Ensure proper alignment and collaboration between teams
• Set up a structured process, review and evaluate it based on feedback and success factors
• Educate the employees on these new processes to ensure long-lasting engagement and success

• You are a master’s student in the field of economics, business or similar
• You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and creating an environment in which people can thrive
• You are interested in organizational development, especially in a fast-paced and changing environment
• You have excellent analytical and communication skills and are characterized by a distinctive target-oriented and independent way of working
• You have excellent communication skills in English
• First experience in fintech and or/startup environment is a plus
• You are eager to have an impact on a company with a meaningful mission!
