We will continue to invest in your growth with the dealership and also provide incentives such as a Black Friday allowance towards new tools, uniform program with laundering service, health insurance, paid training, state of-the-art equipment & fully staffed support and management. *** RELOCATION BONUS OFFERED FOR MASTER TECHNICIANS *** Key Responsibilities — General diagnostic repair & replace — Gas engine and diesel engine diagnostic repair & replacement — Transmission diagnostic repair & replacement — Plan work procedures, using charts, technical manuals, and experience — Test parts and systems to ensure that they work properly — Follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined — Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires — Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors — Perform repairs to manufacturer and customer specifications — Explain automotive problems and repairs to clients Position Performance Expectations — Strong automotive knowledge — Previous technician experience preferred — Maintains sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order — Positive attitude, professionalism, trustworthiness, work ethic and collaborative spirit Qualifications: — Valid driver's license — Previous automotive technician experience — Strong automotive knowledge — Positive attitude, professionalism, work ethic & collaborative spirit Pay: $36/hr flat rate</p>
