Seeking remote production / traffic manager for busy Global B2B Marketo Marketing Operations team. This position would suit a flexible schedule, beginning part-time with room for growth! The ideal candidate would be extremely organized, wonderful with people, responsible, communicative, calm under pressure. Communication is a key part of the job. This is a contract position.

This individual will work closely with the design team, scheduling, assigning, editing, proofing, and trafficking Marketo Emails and Landing Pages to marketers.

They would work closely with the Campaign Operations managers to ensure all assets for Campaigns are scheduled and delivered within our SLAs.

They will maintain Monday job boards and statuses to ensure accurate job and time tracking. They would help expand / improve production management strategies and processes for the team.

Skills / experience needed:

• Calm and wonderful with people!
• Experience with email marketing
• Creative asset management / trafficking experience in Monday.com or Asana.
• Proficiency in Proofing and Quality Assurance
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Attention to detail

Skills appreciated:

• Experience with email marketing in Marketo
• Experience with Monday.com boards / forms / automations.
• Graphic design skills / basic html / css / Adobe Creative Suite / Photoshop

Daily duties would consist of the following:

• Trafficking of campaign requests on Monday.com
• Review and task out B2B campaign requests approved by Team Regional Operations Leads.
• Review and task out List Import Requests.
• Review and task out New Form Requests or other verbal internal requests.
• Ensure tasks are scheduled within our SLAs and any overdue tasks are addressed by those responsible
• Communicate with stakeholders & team members any outstanding issues
• Maintain statuses / schedules on Monday.com boards

Campaign/Project Review

• Task out all aspects of asset production
• Communicate any issues with team / marketers
• Perform minor changes to emails / landing pages in Marketo.
• Q/A and review campaign assets and route for approval from Marketo.
• Ensure tasks are delivered within our SLAs and any overdue / imminently due tasks are addressed by those responsible.

Additionally, be present for at least 2 weekly morning meetings, and one biweekly morning meeting with stakeholders & team members to connect, and address any outstanding issues or tasks and stay informed of team activities and processes.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
