Inked Brands is seeking a digital marketing guru who thinks outside the box and isn't afraid to push the envelope to creatively solve problems. We work with social media influencers to build e-commerce brands inspired by their content and community of followers. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will support our marketing team in several functionalities, including email marketing, custom landing pages, customer journey mapping, and organic social media campaigns. This position will primarily support marketing activities for the Heidi Swapp brand and thus will be fully immersed in learning about the Heidi Swapp brand and the great community of customers that support it. Experience or interest in memory keeping and paper-crafting preferred!


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Analyze emails, site, and content performance for your assigned brands. Utilize data to identify new opportunities and implement strategic improvements to grow all marketing channels and optimize campaigns.
  • Strategize, develop and execute online customer acquisition strategies and campaigns for your assigned brands, including but not limited to the channels of email, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok, etc. Analyze and report performance and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Take existing social media content and repurpose for other platforms, expand themes into original blog content, optimize and strategize for Pinterest, Tik Tok, etc.
  • Implement and support innovative, attainable, and successful email marketing campaigns. Create targeted email flow campaigns with brand content to engage customers in various memory keeping/crafting themes.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and copywriters to create campaigns catered to the aesthetic and personality of your assigned brands.
  • Assist with day-to-day e-commerce activities for your assigned brands including creating landing pages, managing content requests, setting up products, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, etc.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for the smooth operation of large events including reveals, sneaks, pre-order fulfillment, etc.
  • Facilitate customer acquisition through regular creative list growth activities - giveaways, collaborations, etc.
  • Provide support to the team in other duties as assigned.
  • Contribute to and support a positive, creative, and collaborative culture and continuously improve efficiency, communication, and work product.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in social media or content marketing preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge in social media/e-mail/digital marketing best practices preferred.
  • Passion for your role in our customer’s experience and commitment to personal work ethic.
