Key Responsibilities:

-Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics)-Administer CRM – Make sure we are closing out opportunities, keeping them up to date. Add new customers, make sure there are no duplicates. When emails bounce from campaigns, clean data in CRM. When leaders are interested in pursuing clients, review whether they exist in CRM.
-Execute email campaigns using CRM
-Work with Fox (marketing agency), execute plans that they create. Includes web site updates, LinkedIn maintenance and other social media, coordination of events, etc.
-Work with BearingPoint marketing team in Europe, execute any global campaigns in the U.S.
-Maintain a schedule of communications with existing and prior clients
-Help identify and pilot new marketing approaches (videos, lunch / dinner meetings, webcasts, blogs, etc.)
-Maintain annual marketing plan and schedule
-Support conferences
-Review / edit white papers
-Manage joint marketing efforts with any partners
-Provide U.S. contribution to global BE newsletters
-Track marketing related KPIs

Requirements:

-3-5 years in a Marketing role (does not have to be in professional services)
-Strong written and verbal communications
-Degree in Marketing or Communications
