Position Summary:

Alignment Healthcare a data and technology driven healthcare company focused partnering started with a promise to put the senior first. Alignment is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its team. This individual will be responsible for leading marketing strategies in Arizona (“local market”). They will work closely with the Director of Marketing Operations and the local sales and marketing team to improve marketing efforts with sales teams, broker sales, and provider marketing seeking greater public recognition. This role also will oversee the development and management of marketing materials utilized by local market internal and external sales teams. This role will also develop and maintain key community relationships to enhance brand awareness and support other internal team members in relationship development in the local market.

General Duties/Responsibilities (May include but are not limited to):

  • Co-develop strategic marketing plans in the local market to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Lead and execute marketing strategies to drive growth in the local market.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships to enhance brand awareness in the local market.
  • Oversee initiatives to gather and disseminate internal and external marketing best practices for the local market.

· Advise on advertising and promotion activities including print, website online material, electronic media, and direct mail.

· Manage the development and production of promotional and collateral materials. Establish and maintain appropriate and consistent branding throughout all product lines and the local market (promotional materials and events).

· Manage the procurement of all printed materials, promotional items, and supplies for the local team.

· Oversee effective control of marketing results and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets for the local market.

· Monitor competitive products and marketing activities.

· Advise on current and new product concepts and provide feedback for future product development.

· Advise non-contracted services, supplies, equipment, marketing planning, and budgeting processes.

· Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Experience:

a. 6 to 8 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience

Education/Licensure:

a. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University

Other:

Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage marketing and communication guidelines

Strong knowledge of the aging and senior services industry in the local market

Must possess excellent- analytical, project management, collaboration, communication, and social skills

Strong communication and listening skills and the ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions, and ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
