To aid in our rapid growth, we’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support our organization. The perfect candidate must be an energetic, strategically minded self-starter responsible for written and visual content creation, who can both generate their own ideas and take content direction from concept to reality.

This is a hybrid remote position with three days in office in Bingham Farms/Franklin. Occasional day travel in the Troy/Rochester Hills/Lansing areas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and operations teams to develop effective content strategies and editorial calendars that reach our target markets through our online assets
  • Develop strategies and content that supports our brands and helps reach our strategic goals through inbound marketing, SEO, lead generation, direct marketing campaigns, social media engagement, video content, and more with the goal of increasing presence, customer-base, engagement, and revenue
  • Leverage market data, internal data, and trending topics to generate relevant ideas and topics for content creation for inbound lead and SEO programs
  • Develop print and digital collateral for direct marketing efforts and events
  • Track and analyze digital marketing activities to measure the successes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve our digital marketing and communication performance
  • Liaise with suppliers, partners, and colleagues on special projects
  • Be familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies, along with common computer programs
  • Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data
  • Assist with execution of the annual marketing plan and creative calendar.
  • Ensure consistent brand imaging in media and communications
  • Develop internal and external communications - in the form of newsletters, email campaigns, collateral material and social media
  • Support social media presence by building calendar of planned activities, regular content, and spontaneous communications
  • Update our website regularly to improve user interface, customer experience and SEO performance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications and/or Graphic Design
  • Three years of related work experience in marketing and a portfolio of written and visual content for review
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competency in marketing computer software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Ability to modify and create content in WordPress environment
  • Ability to create and maintain business reporting
  • High degree competency and comfort working effectively across multiple levels and departments
  • Solid technical skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Capability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent client communication skills. Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate, both verbally and in writing, complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Self-motivated and capable of working in a dynamic environment

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
