With 3 main locations in North Austin, Central Austin, and Bastrop, we have the capability to meet the orthodontic needs of a broad range of patients.

We are seeking a high energy, creative, and passionate individual to fill the Marketing Director position. This position requires travel to each of our locations on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain company website by working with web developers.
• Build and maintain the relationships with our referring dental offices for each of our locations
• Schedule lunches and meetings for the doctors to meet with other offices
• Manage social media pages including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns
• Create Ads for promotional marketing
• Run in-office contests for all locations to involve patients and bring in new business to the practice
• Maintain Facebook ad, Google Adwords, Yelp ads, and any other SEM ad campaigns.
• Attend school functions to promote our practice and set up booths

Job Requirements:

• Vast knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator for the creation of promotional ads.
• Social Media management skills
• Time management skills
• Analytical and creative thinking
• Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
• Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
• Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
• Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Communications from a 4-Year accredited university (The equivalent in work experience will be considered in some cases to substitute a degree).
• Ability to travel between our 3 locations
• Driver’s License and dependable vehicle

Pay: $29,377.62 - $55,000.00 per year
