Marketing Coordinator
Job description
Cosmo International Fragrances, a globally well-established company in the manufacture of fragrance oils industry is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our talented and diverse team in our Fort Lauderdale location.
Summary
Work in conjunction with the marketing team on the coordination and implementation of extensive market research, concept ideation, and creative presentations for current and potential customers.
- Execute day-to-day delivery of creative briefs, marketing presentations, and concepts by integrating research, creative design, visual elements, and creative writing.
- Keep abreast of new product launch introductions in the market; develop internal and external presentations to be used as a source of information.
- Continually monitor brand developments, update customer portfolios, and create analyses of existing, new-to-the-market, and emerging brands.
- Conduct market research, analyze, and present in-depth studies of assigned categories.
- Examine cross-category markets, identify trends, and leverage consumer insights to create actionable opportunities for current and prospective customers.
- Work closely with fragrance creation teams to develop, brainstorm, and implement creative marketing concepts supporting olfactive directions and whitespace opportunities.
- Develop reactive and proactive fragrance collections using creative marketing tools.
- Accompany sales in various client-facing meetings to present and deliver engaging presentations, both virtually and in-person, some travel is required.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (in Marketing preferred) and equivalent years of experience. Minimum 2-4

Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000 annually
FLSA Status: Salary Non-Exempt
Salary is commensurate with experience, skills, and education.
