• 
  Work with senior leadership on establishing and evaluating marketing strategies by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing and planning promotional presentations
• Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts for CarePoint’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Coordinate the design of print and digital collateral for use in physician offices, CarePoint website, and social platforms
• Identify relevant community events and organize CarePoint representation
• Maintain an inventory and directory of support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed
• Manage external marketing and advertising agencies
• Measure and report on marketing effectiveness
• Monitor competitor marketing activities continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to leadership
• Assist with organizing promotional efforts

• Consult with Practice Managers and doctors to understand business goals and develop communication and collateral strategies that meet business goals
• All other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
• Skilled with Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar design program
• Experience with SEO practices
• 2+ years of marketing experience in the health care field preferred
• Strong written and oral communication, presentation, research skills

• Experience with digital marketing forums

• Ability to prioritize and manage simultaneous projects with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and dynamic work setting
• Project management experience
• Successfully able to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of WordPress preferred
