This role is responsible for helping to develop and support agency communications. This includes, thought leadership content for Inspira Marketing and Enthuse Marketing, social media content for both agencies, intra-company communications (Caffeine, intranet), and public relations opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Helps to develop thought leadership content for Inspira Marketing and Enthuse Marketing. Creates content calendar based on strategic direction from management and agency priorities. This includes writing and editing SEO-friendly blogs & white papers, agency newsletters, infographics, and other content as needed. May coordinate with other departments (Creative) to liaison assets and details.
- Manages day-to-day social media for both agencies and the Enthuse Foundation. This includes developing content calendar in consort with agency strategies and priorities on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn/Twitter, developing creative for posts on Canva and/or editing video content, caption writing, posting, and community management. May coordinate with other departments (People & Culture, Enthuse Foundation, etc…) to obtain assets and details.
- Maintains company intranet. This will include writing and updating content, inserting links, etc. May coordinate with other departments to obtain assets and details.
- Builds deck and hosts company Caffeine meeting. This involves sending out invites, sending reminders for content, updating the weekly deck, and presenting deck during the meeting.
- Assists with agency public relations. This includes, but is not limited to, working on award submissions, assisting with PR content and PR events for both agencies and the Enthuse Foundation.
- Assists with HubSpot list maintenance and assists in building HubSpot landing pages, uploading documents to HubSpot, and other maintenance tasks.
- Assists in gathering case study information from team.
- Assists with company-wide initiatives such as Kick Start, Quarterly Projects, and team initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
- Outstanding, proven written and verbal communications skills. Prior published writing experience required.
- Must be able to write and edit thought leadership on behalf of the agencies and their leadership.
- Must have excellent presentation skills to host weekly meetings.
- Expertise in social media and all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Good design skills to create social content in Canva & edit video.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently. Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
- Two years of prior full-time work experience required in a communications role.
- Must be able to work well with people of all levels, across various departments.
- Tech Needs: MS Outlook, WordPress, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, Canva.
- Onsite Tuesday/Thursday
Additional Information
The base compensation range for this job classification is between $65,000.00 and $75,000.00 The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
