We are looking for a part-time Marketing and Sales Support Associate (approximately 30 hours per week) to join our team here in Phoenix! As a member of the Renaissance Records marketing team, you will assist with planning for a variety of social media channels, web maintenance - especially SEO - email marketing, public relations, press releases, artist tour and release support, artist merchandising.
The Marketing Support Associate’s core focus is to assist management in online and offline initiatives in marketing, promotion, advertising and artist support. Additional duties include promotional outreach to various music publications, marketing campaigns for sales initiatives, Social Media management and planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
Social Media Management Experience (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), SEO Experience, A Love of Music (especially Classic and Modern Rock), Microsoft Proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.), experience with Data Entry and written and verbal communication skills.
Additional qualifications preferred are: content creation for Social Media outlets, a basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/InDesign.

You must have reliable transportation, dress appropriately per occasion, have long-term goals and a flexible schedule. The position will be part-time in office (20-30 hours per week). Starting pay range for this position is $17/hour - $22/hour DOE, paid on a weekly basis.
Renaissance Records has been spinning vinyl and CDs since the fall of 1995. As an independent record label, we primarily work with classic rock artists with a few current artists on the roster. Our current catalogue includes the likes of Electric Light Orchestra Part 2, the Pentangle, Charlie, Tony Carey, Kayak, Sad Cafe, City Boy, Planet P Project, Prism, Shooting Star, Starcastle, Lindisfarne, Romeo's Daughter, After The Fire, Shania Twain, Chas Cronk (of the Strawbs), and The Ventures. Our catalog currently includes over 250 albums. We are moving into the next phase of our history with some great new talent and a worldwide focus on music from around the planet. Recent signings include Dirty Dollhouse, Arielle, Cmon Cmon, Agenor Garcia and Cristina Colombo.
