Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator
Job description
We are seeking an experienced marketer with a proven track record of producing highly effective marketing campaigns and collateral. As a key marketing team member, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Lead Graphic Designer, Marketing Specialist and Sales team to continue building our brand and driving growth. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker passionate about content, design, and marketing. You will be responsible for handling various design and marketing projects, bringing a unique perspective and skillset that allows you to brainstorm new initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Work with the lead graphic designer in assisting in the production of assets for marketing campaigns, including campaign creatives, video, text, social ads, email templates, and more.
- Assist with sales and client needs, sometimes with short deadlines
- Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Continuously test and experiment with new marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition and improve results over time
- Advocate for new ways of approaching Legacy’s visual content
- Content writing such as blogs, emails, website pages, newsletters, etc.
- Collaborate on marketing ideas and contribute to special projects
- Minor website updates and maintenance
- Performs other related duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graphic design and marketing experience, degree, or professional training
- 1-2+ years of marketing and design experience
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Premier
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
- Demonstrable experience in creating a wide range of digital assets, such as social media creative, email templates, and print collateral
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong aptitude for learning new software, technical skills and applying new ideas
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging
- Able to manage changing priorities
- Impeccable attention to detail, detail oriented
- Good follow through skills
- Experience working in HubSpot (preferred- not required)
