As a Marketer/Director of Business Development, you will:

• The Marketer/Director of Business Development position is to promote the facility's services to encourage resident referrals and supervise or facilitate the admissions process in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Grow our facilities business in the community through relationships with medical facilities, physicians, hospitals, HMOs, and other medical groups.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare marketing is required.
• Must be friendly, professional, results-oriented, and have excellent time management skills.
• Ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing admission practices.
