Atos is looking for a Market Head Delivery Executive.

Responsibilities:
✔ On charge of managing a market / industry.
✔Responsible of the growth of that particular market, in conjunction with the sales team.
✔Managing a team of account executives.
✔Overall responsible for the PnL of the market.
✔Accountability on delivering and meeting the profit expectation.
Job Description:
- Market Delivery Leader Knowledge and Skills Decision Making
- Making decisions at the appropriate time, taking into account the needs of the situation, priorities, constraints and the availability of necessary information.
- Influence and Persuasion Influencing and persuading others to take a specific course of action when there is no direct line of command or control.

Technical Knowledge and Skills
- Expert in Corporate, Industry and Professional Standards associated with the practitioner's current Role. Examples: safety standards, departmental programming standards, organisational network performance standards, help desk procedures, corporate quality and change management processes, IT Infrastructure Library, TickIT.

- Proficient in Customer Value Chain Concepts
- The complete sequence of activities within a process, from receipt of an order or request to delivery of a product or service.
- Proficient in Information Capture Techniques
- The selection and application of information gathering methods, tools and techniques which are appropriate to the information required and the sources available. Examples: contextual enquiries, focus groups, structured interviews, questionnaires, observation, statistical analysis.
- Proficient in Quality Management
- The system or method for the management of quality within the employing organisation.
