JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Market Facilities Leader (MFL) will be responsible for ensuring all equipment, systems, and buildings are maintained to the highest standard. The MFL, will develop and maintain maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment and systems follow relevant regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that equipment and systems are maintained in a cost-effective manner.
• Monitor and evaluate monthly Wrench Walks (preventative maintenance checklist) for compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner, and that any disruptions to operations are minimized
• Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as required
• Ensure that all maintenance records and documentation are kept up-to-date and accurate, and that any maintenance-related issues are reported to the appropriate stakeholders
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing coaching and guidance as required, and ensuring that all team members are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively
• Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with relevant safety regulations and company policies, and that appropriate safety measures are always implemented and adhered to.
