Mrs. Gerry’s was founded in 1973 in Albert Lea, Minnesota. Mrs. Gerry’s is a premier salad and side manufacturer and offers 120 different products which are sold coast to coast.

Starting wage: $21.30
Sign-on Bonus: $1,500.00

Sides Operator 3rd Shift hours 5:00 pm - 5:00 am Monday - Thursday

***Note: due to production needs hours may change at the end of May 2023.
Sunday-Thursday 8 hour shifts 10:00 pm - 6:30 am***

SUMMARY
The Mashed Potato Line Operator will be responsible for the operations of mixing and packaging of Sides products. During which times sides lines are not in operation, this person will perform various other duties as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Know and follow HACCP and SQF programs.
• Know and follow all Food Safety procedures.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Wear all required personal protective equipment. For more information see policy.
• Learn all aspects of processing including set up and operations of all equipment and processes.
• Learn all aspects of clean room including set-up, operation, CIP’S, tear down and procedures.
• Learn to operate and monitor spiral chiller.
• Learn all aspects of packaging including equipment operation and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.30 per hour
