Our department ensures Production has the necessary tools and processes needed to be successful in each step of the manufacturing process. In this role, you will support manufacturing operations with offline machine programming, part routing support, and machine troubleshooting. Other administrative functions include maintaining email, responding to QA issues, and computer model and drawing conversions. The job is computer intensive and requires a strong understanding of machine operations and programming. Modified shift between 1st and 2nd with primary standard operating hours being 2nd shift. We Take Care of Our Team
Position offers a starting salary range of $61,500 - $79,000
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What you Drive at DTNA
-
Create 2D and 3D laser programs, including nesting when necessary.

Create machining center programs for mills and lathes.

Monitor drawing rev level changes for any required machine changes.

Support part routing development.

Assist with CAD file conversions.
Knowledge You Should Bring
-
Associates degree with focus in Technology and 3 years of related experience OR experience can be considered in lieu of degree

Excellent computer drafting skills including AutoCAD, Solidworks and NX
-
Competent with CAM software such as CAMWorks, PEP, or MasterCAM
-
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

Solid understanding of machining and fabrication principles
-
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
-
Modified shift between 1st and 2nd with primary standard operating hours being 2nd shift
Exceptional Candidates Might Have

Previous hands-on experience.

Strong math skills.
