Compensation Range: $128,600-$160,000 PLUS BONUS
Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.
Job Purpose
The Manager, SAP Security and GRC will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, SME advice and direction to the SAP Security Administrators and SAP Business Analysts. Additional responsibilities include managing the governance and compliance of the SAP systems and related processes. This includes maintaining the SAP Security strategy across multiple instances of SAP, including ECC and S/4 HANA environments. This role is equal parts strategy and technical execution and requires experience in assessment, design, implementation and support of end user security and SAP Access Control Risk Management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage SAP Access Control.
- Oversee and possibly assist with ongoing maintenance of configuration within GRC application.
- Perform and monitor mitigations when rule violations are detected for access requests.
- Create and manage policy driven workflow processes for access management.
- Provide high level and detailed estimates for activities involving role provisioning, solution design, commensurate with an architecture role.
- Work on projects across other SAP systems and components.
- Understand SOX audit requirements.
- Work with Internal and External Audit to make sure requirements are met and there are no gaps.
- Develop and implement SAP security solutions to project SAP systems from both internal and external threats.
- Conduct detailed analysis sessions with end users and business SMEs.
- Supervise Security Administrators.
- Manage third party vendors as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
- 8 or more years of SAP hands-on experience
- 3 or more years of people management experience
- SAP related certifications a plus
SAP Security experience including the following:
- SAP GRC Access Control
- Securing custom transactions, tables, and programs
- SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA
- SAP BW4HANA/SAC/Solutions Manager
- HANA Database security
- Experience automating user provisioning processes and managing user access reviews.
- Experience with maintaining SOX governance and compliance.
- Capability to multi-task and play distinct roles in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to build and lead a team.
- Ability to partner with IT and Business stakeholders on initiatives.
- Ability to manage third party vendors and contractors.
- Excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to learn, grow and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve.
