How you’ll make an impact:
In this role you will focus on improving the SiriusXM Streaming growth and acquisition customer journeys across all platforms (web, mobile apps and living room device apps). Our ideal candidate will measure, analyze and solution in an iterative fashion and develop a strategic approach to rolling out improvements that move key metrics. As a growth focused product manager, you are data-driven, a relentless optimizer, and consistently looking for innovative ways to remove friction from acquisition flows.
What you’ll do:
Research, analyze and document product issues and develop solutions that improve pre-defined metrics that align with company goals
Work closely with senior leadership to develop a strategy for executing on roadmap items within your domain
Continually analyze key growth and commerce metrics and develop and confirm/disprove hypotheses as they relate to your work
Partner and collaborate closely with designers, engineers, analysts, marketers, and others across the organization to deliver on key roadmap priorities
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape within the commerce, growth and acquisition domain and leverage this knowledge to develop solutions to our own challenges
What you’ll need:
4+ years of product management work experience
1+ years of team management experience
Strong product management background in the growth and acquisition domain
Experience in the streaming media space
Customer-first orientation and strong passion for delivering frictionless experiences to end users that serve the needs of the business
Ability to absorb and synthesize complex and ambiguous requirements, organizing them into structured requirements and user stories
Experience with feature A/B testing, metrics analysis and rapid experimentation
Experience working in an agile software development environment
Must have legal right to work in the US.
At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $130,000 to $180,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
