The Organizational Change Management Leader is responsible for developing a global change management strategy and coordinating communications and training activities in support of the company’s HR modernization and digital transformation activities. Purpose of the role is to improve employee awareness (e.g. vision, objectives, activities, value case), ensure effective training is provided and users are prepared, and support the successful adoption of new HR processes and technologies across the company. This person should bring creativity to content development and find innovative ways for engaging with employees. This individual will work closely with HR systems Product Owners, IT delivery teams, and the Enterprise communications team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and implement an organizational change management strategy with clear objectives and goals.
  • Develop user personas to target groups based on defined roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop creative, multi-media content that emphasizes storytelling and visualization.
  • Collaborate with Digital HR product owners and business partners to develop and deliver appropriate communications.
  • Engage global user community through multiple channels including virtual webcasts, social feeds, and internal SharePoint sites.
  • Coordinate with IT service delivery teams and subject matter experts on the development and delivery of required training.
  • Conduct surveys to collect feedback and measure efficiency of communications and training programs to drive continuous improvement.

Required Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Five years of relevant IT or business/industry work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with minimum two years working in a communications-related role
  • Critical and strategic thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with partners and across multiple teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of tools including SharePoint
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Preferred Education & Experience :

  • Experience communicating at all levels of the organization
  • Experience communicating with global audience
  • Proficiency with Photoshop or other design tools desired
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) desired

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $100,300 - $158,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to this role.
