This position is eligible for remote office location and flex work scheduling to create better work/life integration. We are open to candidates who live in Oklahoma or Texas.
At a Glance:

The Manager, Global Talent Acquisition is responsible for implementing and leading strategic recruitment processes, programs, and projects. Working closely with enterprise-wide teams, this position will be integral in defining how we attract, assess, acquire, engage, and develop critical talent segments while furthering our H&P employer brand and inclusion recruiting. This leader will deliver innovative and practical talent solutions to drive US-wide recruitment strategy and support global recruitment strategy with best-in-class COE practices.

What you will do:
  • Manage a high-performing team of professional recruiters supporting a diverse group of business/functional units including operations, engineering, innovation + technology, sales + marketing, finance + accounting, audit, human resources, and legal
  • Coach, guide, develop and mentor global talent acquisition teams to ensure they are well-equipped to effectively advise with leaders, HR business partners, employees, and candidates
  • Build and cultivate relationships with hiring managers and other collaborators, acting as a trusted advisor to shape talent strategy and create measurable business impact
  • Implement strategies to ensure equity at all stages of the recruiting process and ensure access to opportunity for all qualified applicants
  • Develop innovative, data-driven ways to market and communicate diverse job opportunities across hiring platforms
  • Assist with the development and monitoring of Talent Acquisition reporting and analytics to monitor performance levels and drive strategic improvements
  • Develop and manage foreign assignee program talent strategy to support our business strategic objective for international expansion
  • Develop and manage early career talent strategy from sourcing to onboarding, including outreach to key education and community partners
  • Manage a portfolio of TA vendors and preferred partners to execute efficient and effective TA processes; hold partners accountable to our H&P standards and terms
  • Oversee administration of all applicable candidate pre-employment screening and assessments, background checks, and facilitation of employment offers
  • Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state and federal employment laws and EEOC guidelines

  • Compassionate and empathetic leadership style with strong coaching skills - ability to coach leaders and HRBPs on Talent Acquisition strategy and standard processes
  • Ability to design, build and pilot initiatives that drive desired outcomes; can scale successful programs and be comfortable with HR technologies and solutions
  • Bring knowledge about current market trends and competitive data with the ability to connect Talent and Total Rewards strategies to boost internal mobility and external hire success
  • Strong capability in inclusion recruiting with a track record of success in attracting and hiring under-represented talent
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal presentation skills with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility through your executive presence
  • Agile mindset – ability to stay focused on problem solving through creative and iterative solutions for continuous improvement
  • Strong strategic and business partner orientation combined with excellent program/project management and stakeholder management skills
What you need:
  • Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; a combination of education and experience will be considered
  • 7+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or related function
  • 2+ years’ experience as a people leader preferred, open to first-time manager for the right candidate
  • Workday Recruiting experience preferred
