Qualifications
We’re looking for a Business Analyst Manager to join
Studer Education's
Product Management team who will play an important role in harnessing product data to create and share insights that drive product decisions and business results. You will have an opportunity to contribute to the collection, display and storytelling of key data to inform the business.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong technical and problem-solving skills are essential aspects of this role.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Evaluating product utilization, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
  • Uncover market
  • Financial modeling and analysis of product costs, profitability
  • Monitoring pricing and discounting trends
  • Leading ongoing reviews of product utilization and developing optimization strategies
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
  • Performing requirements analysis
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
  • Assisting with user acceptance testing
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
  • Creating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
  • Prioritizing efforts based on business needs
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

QUALIFITICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Advanced technical skills
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • 3+ years of professional experience working with a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Chartio, Domo, Salesforce Einstein, etc.)
  • A track record of following through on commitments
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
  • Independent, self-starter with strong prioritization, project management and coordination skills; and ability to excel in a fluid, cross-functional team environment
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects
  • Quick learner, organized, and self-motivated

  • Pragmatic Marketing certification

The estimated salary range for this job is $115,00 - $155,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy and Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
