Bakery Manager responsibilities include leading the team by example on interacting with guests and selling cakes, ordering, scheduling, off site selling events, marketing and building relationships in the community as well as with guests and team members. Bakery Managers are responsible for both front of the bakery operations and back of the bakery operations. Bakery Managers are also responsible for hiring all positions in the bakery.

Restaurant and Management experience preferred but not required. We offer bakery managers a competitive salary with bonus programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
