Elite Pro Painting is looking to hire a Management Trainee in the Indianapolis area. We are developing our next generation of managers to develop and navigate our growth.

Do you have work experience already?

We promote based on performance and not on seniority. With our Trainee Management Program, you can get promoted quickly based on effort and your specific skillset. Management Trainees will learn sales, production, coordination, and client service skills to learn where your most impactful role will be.

Our plan for you is to run your own business within your own territory.

You will start your training by being assigned to a specific territory where you will begin to learn crucial business skills from sales to production to coordination to client services. Through our multi-phase training program, there will be checkpoints and evaluations that will result in increased pay, bonuses, and promotion. The position starts at $19.00/hr.
