WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Broad Management Group is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our residential property in in the Albany, GA area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Building maintenance; including completing work orders in occupied apartments and unit turns in vacant apartments
• Respond to resident requests for maintenance, troubleshoot problems and take action to resolve maintenance issues
• Schedule contract services and purchase supplies
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including: light duty plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, HVAC

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a positive, can-do attitude and be an effective team leader
• Familiar with federal, state, and local safety regulations, including OSHA, EPA, Workers' Compensation, Hazard Communication, and Fair Housing laws
• Qualified individuals must have at least 3 years’ experience in property maintenance
• Must have a strong HVAC background
• Plumbing Experience; CPVC Piping
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Applicant must have proven ability to properly diagnose and complete required maintenance/repair work

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Albany, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• HVAC: 2 years (Required)
• Property maintenance: 2 years (Required)

• Driver's License (Preferred)
