Zen Asset Management are the people behind the Artizen cannabis brand, one of Washington’s largest and premier cultivators.

We are currently seeking a full-time Facilities and Maintenance Technician at our small and efficient Tumwater facility.

This position deals with routine systems maintenance, surprise fixes, and general facilities maintenance. If you like to dig into problems, take instructions well, and have a knack for keeping things clean and well-organized - this could be a great fit.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in the following experience:

• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Perform daily walk-throughs and keep preventative maintenance procedures and protocols up to date

• Handle emergency requests and know when to call for help

• Emphasis on cleaning, organization, and safety protocols for onsite equipment

• Receive goods

• Ability to follow Standard Operations Procedures as necessary

• Other relevant maintenance duties

• Reliable Transportation

• Ability to operate forklift/scissor lift

• Experience with Excel, Outlook, and MS Word

Training will be provided in areas you’re not familiar with, but we’re looking for someone who has a solid handle on maintenance basics. Although you will be working with our tight-knit crew at the Tumwater facility at least 80% of the time, sometimes you will travel to our Lacey facility to help as well.

Wage Range: $21.50 - $24.00 based on years of experience and applicable/transferable skill set and current knowledge.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:15 pm, 45-minute unpaid lunch, 2 paid 15-minute breaks.
