Star Asset Managers, a well-established Property Management company located in Sarasota, is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician for its’ busy portfolio. Multi-property, commercial class A office buildings. Sarasota, Bradenton, and Lakewood Ranch area.

Manual labor, inside and outside, general working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electric. Self-starter & detail oriented, some computer skills required. Prefer a minimum of two years’ experience with a good driving record. Company vehicle and tools provided.
