Join our dedicated team as a skilled Maintenance Technician, responsible for ongoing facility maintenance and equipment repairs. Under general direction, you will perform tasks including fixing structural damage, repairing plumbing and electrical issues, and conducting inspections. With a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, you will contribute to maintaining a reliable and well-functioning facility.

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on facilities and equipment
• Fix structural damage and potential safety hazards to ensure a safe working environment
• Repair plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC equipment for optimal functionality
• Apply preventative measures to reduce future problems and ensure facility integrity
• Complete required documentation and operate forklift trucks as needed

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Ability to read and understand work orders, blueprints, and instructions
• Electrical and/or HVAC certifications preferred
• Strong communication skills and a cooperative work approach
• Good work ethic and dependability
