Job Description:
Maintenance Line I will perform maintenance of buildings and equipment as well as other tasks required for physical plant operation.
Duties Include:
- Assist with turnover work & renovations
- Help residents moving in or out of apartments
- Drive golf carts between facilities & service center
- Perform snow removal when needed
- Assist with special events, set-up & tear down
- Assist with intercepts, lock-outs, 911 calls as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Basic carpentry skills required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical
- Good communication skills
- Ability to drive a golf cart, climb a ladder, & work without close supervision
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 80 lbs occasionally
Schedule:
- Summer help, M-F, 1st shift
