Responsibilities:
- Complete work in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Perform grounds keeping duties.

- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while interacting with guests and all staff members.
- Complete “work orders” within capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Desire to work in a fast paced team environment.
- Elementary knowledge and skills in painting, plumbing and electrical.

- 1 Year Previous Maintenance experience in multi-unit housing/commercial building/hotel experience
