Duties
Help maintenance technicians with:
- Painting
- Carpentry
- Glass Work
- Trash Removal
- Apartment Turnovers
Requirements
- Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement).
- Dependable attendance record.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
- May require use of 32-40-foot ladder, including setup and work from various positions.
- Ability to work in all types of environments and conditions.
- Neat, clean appearance with good manners.
- Good references.
