Maintenance Director
Job description
Position: The primary purpose of your job position is to perform the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Direct Supervisor, the Administrator, and/or other Department Heads.
Full-time (typical work week Monday-Friday 7am-3pm)
- Must possess, as a minimum, a 12th grade education.
- Minimum 2+years of experience in general repair, HVAC, construction, and plumbing.
- Regular attendance is required.
- Previous experience working with or in field of electrical repair, facility maintenance, painter, construction, grounds-keeper preferred.
- Basic understanding of Life Safety Code.
- Must be available to work other hours than normal hours as needed.
