Responsibilities:
- Run jobs according to specific work instructions/Service Level Agreements
- Adhere to all department specifications and requirements
- Ensure that all pre-determined quality and security standards are met
- Complete Accountability and Auditing Production forms for each job assigned
- Works together with Maintenance/Production Support to ensure minimum machine downtime
- Perform basic Preventative Maintenance (PM) as trained and on a regular basis
- Communicate any machine malfunctions or production delays to Lead or Supervisor
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment in line with OSHA and company safety guidelines.
- High School diploma or GED Certification required.
- Proficient in the operation of one (1) Service Center production process
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Ability to count quickly and accurately
Desirable -
- Related production/manufacturing experience
- PC literate desirable
Language Skills -
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English as well as fill out simple forms.
Work Environment -
- Position works with various equipment and machinery, such as but not limited to embossing, data match, shrink-wrap and printing machines.
- Works near moving mechanical parts
