With this unique and vital role at Nichols Equipment, we are looking for the right candidate that is a jack of all trades and a master of multitasking, no day will ever be the same. This individual will be an integral asset to the sales team but also be fluid enough to help out as needed in other departments. Please see the job details and qualifications below.

Job Details:

• Clean and detail machines interior and exterior per Nichols Equipment standards.
• Photo and video machines for online listings.
• Light mechanical repairs.
• Keep Sales Equipment neat and organized.
• Monitor and inventory cleaning and detail supplies.
• Complete assignments with little or no supervision.
• Follow all Safety rules and regulations creating a safe working environment.
• Observe and uphold all company privacy policies and procedures.
• Report any damages to facilities and equipment.
• Facility and grounds maintenance.
• Customer interaction.
• Other tasks as needed.
• Prompt and Impeccable Attendance!!!

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask.
• Great time management skills.
• Mechanically inclined preferred but not needed. (We are willing to train the right person)
• Familiarity with heavy equipment preferred but not needed. (We are willing to train the right person)
• Must be a team player with the ability to get along with anyone.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible and highly Organized.
• Ability to be on-time, all the time!!!
• Trustworthiness, Respectful, Honest, and demonstrate sound work ethics.
• Ability to work Independently but also the ability to work with all and any team members.
• Ability to pass a background check at time of hire.
