Job Responsibilities
  • Providing recommendations that supports the design, development, assessment, and implementation of organizational management projects, policies, and/or procedures.
  • Participating in business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results.
  • Contributing to cost/benefit evaluations on various external and internal resources.
  • Participating in analyzing business requirements and production specifications to improve the effectiveness of the organization's management operations.
Job Qualifications
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2 years - Technical or operational experience required
Skills\Certifications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills
Job Specific Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior auditing and compliance experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.
  • Experience with monitoring and/or tracking data is a bonus.
  • Must have attention to detail in order to be successful in this position.
Please note: This position operates on a working schedule of 8:00 AM EST/7:00 AM CST to 4:30 PM EST/3:30 PM CST Monday through Friday.
