Position: LTS Grade 3 Teacher
Location: Lowell Elementary School
Reports to: Principal
Duration: April 24, 2023 - October 2, 2023
The Lowell Elementary School is seeking a Long Term Substitute Grade 3 Teacher to cover a maternity leave of absence.
The candidate must present as a strong educational leader who is able to inspire a sense of belonging, and to engage young children academically and socially. It is expected that the candidate works collaboratively with the grade level team, uses data to inform instruction, and builds strong working relationships with faculty and families.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of the following curricular components is also highly recommended: Eureka Math Squared, Fundations, i-Ready Diagnostic, Lucy Calkins Units of Study in Reading and Writing, and Responsive Classroom
- Dual certification in Early Childhood and Special Education is preferred
- Master's degree preferred
