Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation a 123 bed Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a Nurse Unit Managers for our fast pace Subacute Neighborhood and Memory Care Unit. Management RN is preferred or LPN with experience required with strong professional potiental for growth.

$5000 Sign On Bonus

SUMMARY OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that the residents receive care in a manner and in an environment that maintains or enhances their quality of life without abridging the safety and rights of other residents.

Supervise the day-to-day activities of the nursing staff on your assigned unit.

Provide this supervision in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the facility and as may be required by the Director of Nursing .

Participate in developing, maintaining and updating written policies and procedures than govern the day to day function of the Nursing Department.

Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to your unit comply with the procedures set forth in the policy manual.

Participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plan Meetings

Perform nursing procedures as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour

Experience:

• Nursing: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN (Required)
