Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Must have graduated from an accredited school for Licensed Practical Nurses with current license in Oklahoma.

· Two years of Assisted Living and Memory Care experience

· Must be proficient in electronic MAR and knowledge in Oklahoma State regulation of AL.

· Leadership experience is a plus.

· Ability to observe resident's behavior and communicate observations in a professional intelligent manner.

· Ability to read and write English in order to follow and give oral and written instructions.

· Transcribe and implement physician orders.

· Ability to cover AL/MC communities during their shifts on weekends and after hours

· Physically capable of turning, stooping, bending, stretching, moving equipment, and performing other related tasks.

12 hour shift
