Full and part time available.

$2,000 sign-on bonus for full time positions!

Essential job functions include:

• Assessing the nursing needs of each Resident on an ongoing basis.
• Providing supervision, instruction and leadership with Resident care responsibilities.
• Ensuring nursing documentation is complete.
• Identifying and delegating tasks to be completed.
• Performing and documenting treatments as ordered.
• Evaluating/communicating effectiveness of treatments.
• Assisting in Resident education as needed.

Requirements:

• Current NYS LPN required at the time of hire.
