Job Duties:
- Medication passes and medication set ups
- Treatments and wound care
- Assisting with admissions and discharges
- Maintain proper documentation
- Supervise CNAs
- Utilize infection control measures
- Observes and reports the condition of the patient/client to appropriate supervisor
- Communicates with physicians regarding change of patient’s’ status, medication changes, etc.
